Having worked out since I was 16 and taken things seriously post lockdown I've decided to share lessons I've learned and tips I've picked up along the way.
Being a skinny turning 18 in lockdown I decided to be consistent and work towards goals of gaining muscle and getting fit. Two things that don't go hand in hand but with the right planning I learned how to balance both and train Hybrid.
Having come this far I want to help and inspire others to do the same whilst pushing myself to compete in various events.
2025 is a big year for myself as I look to run my first marathon race in Madrid and beat PB's in all departments.
